HYUNDAI CRETA 2018 FACELIFT



Hyundai, a South Korean automaker will be participating at the 14th edition of Auto Expo 2018 wherein the car maker will showcase a range of new products at the event. The company is also expected to reveal the updated avatar of its one of the best-selling cars – Creta at the motor show which commences from February 7, 2018. The new Hyundai Creta will sport cosmetic as well as feature updates while the engine options are expected to remain untouched. Codenamed as ix25 facelift, the facelifted version of Creta is already on sale in the Chinese market by H2, 2017.

Expected to launch in the country by mid this year, the SUV was initially unveiled at Sao Paulo Motor Show in 2016. The Hyundai Creta 2018 will carry elements in-line with Hyundai’s Fluidic design philosophy. The SUV will sport cascading grille upfront, new fog lamps, restyled bumper, tweaked tail lights, rear bumper and much more. As far as the dimensions are concerned, the overall proportion of the SUV is expected to remain untouched. It will measure 4270mm in length, 1780mm in width and 1630mm in height along with wheelbase of 2590mm and ground clearance 183mm.

Once launched in the Indian market, the new Hyundai Creta Facelift will compete against the likes of Nissan Terrano, Renault Duster, Honda BR-V and others in the segment. Lastly, the new Hyundai Creta 2018 is expected to be priced in the range of INR 10 lakh to INR 15 lakh.
